Swedish winter adventure - part 3

Our final couple of nights were spent at the Hogsfjallhotell in Storlien, which I've stayed in before some years ago with the family (2019?).  It is a brilliant location with a lot of space and facilities.  We arrived in time for some dinner in the bar on Saturday, then had a great night sleep and up for breakfast, ski hire, and then out into these other mountains for another awesome day of back country ski touring!  Here is the view out the bedroom window, looking southeast to the mountains we had just come from.

It was a stunning day and we had such a brilliant time exploring together up on the plateau, then eventually making our way back down to the hotel for relaxing before dinner, then dinner at Flamman.  I forgot how special a place Flamman is. I love it there so much.

After dinner we went back to the room, packed up ready to go in the morning and fly back to Gatwick.  In fact, we had planned to go for a final ski tour on Monday morning and then head to the airport, but actually it was raining when we woke up, so we nixed that and got another hour of sleep before going for breakfast and checking out.
It was a lovely trip with Polly which should fill up my tank for the next few months with love and gratitude.
