Old and new friends

This week my long lost friend Lorna and her daughter Eva are visiting from Scotland! Rhiannon and Eva became fast friends, pictured here sharing toast while being treated to morning cartoonsPlaying in the kitchen quickly became a favorite activity

I met Lorna on a bus in New Zealand in 1996 and we have kept in touch over the years. The last time I saw her was at our wedding reception in 1999!
