Heading back to England

It was sad to say goodbye to everyone the day after the wedding. We had breakfast together, hugged everyone we could, and then got in the taxi bus and left for our long journey back.
Me and Grandma Bucky
The exciting taxi ride across St. Kitts island from the water taxi dock to the airport.
Rhiannon was already tired and grouchy when we got to St. Kitts airport - about 9 hours before our flight from Antigua back to London! We had to fly St. Kitts to Antigua and then wait 6+ hours until our 9:30pm flight to London-Gatwick.
Fortunately, when we got to Antigua we found a friendly bar/restaurant at the airport and so we sat there for hours and hours playing our new favorite card game, "Sleeping Queens", and having bar food and indulgent tropical drinks. Then we played hide and seek upstairs in the waiting room until it was time to get on the plane. By then the troops were in their jammies and ready to fly with their new caterpillar neck pillows.
Poor Tryfs got eaten alive by mosquitoes on the night of the wedding. He was so uncomfortable and itchy the whole journey back - poor little guy! We made it ok though.
