We got home from Rye in time to get dressed into costumes and go over to Sophie and Oscar's house to go trick-or-treating.
The kids had a really good time - especially Tryfan who was roaring at people and being as scary as he could be, then saying in his normal high-pitched sweet voice, "Look, its only me Tryfan! Aren't I scary?" Emma and I walked behind them with flashlights (torches) trying to keep them from running in the total blackness of the night in a village with no streetlamps. In the end, nobody got hurt and everyone was thrilled to have buckets full of sweets.
