It is elderflower season again, and so it's time to brew up some champagne using
this trusty recipe that has worked well in past years! Rhiannon and I made a really good team mixing the ingredients together, sterilising the bottles, and then 24 hours later pouring the precious liquid into the clean bottles, ready to sit and ferment for a week.
