We flew to Reno on Sunday night and settled in with our longtime friend and former next-door neighbor Leann and her 3 girls. On Monday morning, after a leisurely start to the day, we went to the new
Cabela's store that opened recently. It was a little like when the Griswolds made it to Wally World...Rhodri had been looking forward to this day for at least the past 6 months and there was great excitement as we crossed the parking lot and made our way to the front entrance!
Shopping madness as Leann calmly navigates the huge store with 4 girls in tow. Here are Alyssa (13), Rhiannon, Jadyn (5) and Hannah (3). There are grand taxidermic displays of animals that once were alive and also a huge aquarium (with live fish), as well as a shooting range to keep the kids busy.
