We visited the troops' former barnehage in Asker today, after having spent the morning playing in the snow and starting to build the igloo with Kristoffer. Rhiannon and Tryfan were both excited to go visit barnehage, but I knew once we got there it would be awkward. Here is Rhiannon with the playyard behind her
It was a bit awkward because we got there around 2:30pm and everyone was having snacktime and then settling to play that last little bit before parents came to pick up the kids at the end of the day. But we were so happy to see familiar faces of old friends and teachers. Here is Kamilla, who is of everyone's favorite teachers
And here are Heidi and Bente, who also were both Rhiannon and Tryfan's teachers at one time or another. They were happy to see us all too.
So overall it was a worthwhile afternoon spent visiting. It is such a wonderful space that they have there, and it was really fun to see kids who were babies with Tryfan and Rhiannon and who are now so big.
