Tonight the kids and I went to a "Swoove" session at our local village hall. We were all a bit skeptical when we read the description, but since the first session was free, we figured there was nothing to lose!
Swoove stands for "Sing, whoop and move". It was soooooo fun! The kids and i were in the front row and we were singing and whooping our hearts out (ok, well, at least I was!) while doing aerobic-type moves. I think Rhodri would be pretty glad that he is away in the French alps right now on his boys cycling tour so he didn't get roped into Swooving with us... this week. Good thing there will be more chances in coming weeks and months. Ha
