We said goodbye to Will, Rebecca, Phoebe & Ingrid today although we will see them again in a few days. So we had a morning of packing and cleaning up, then stop at the Bakery for lunch, then all down to the Landing to browse the shops and see them off on the Slow Boat.
It was a beautiful day and quite windy, but great.

And then it was just the 5 of us left. Actually, Rhiannon and Tryfan spent the afternoon up at the Ranch with Lily where they played dominoes all afternoon and ended up meeting an interesting lady named Marcy.
Marcy had ridden into the valley on her own pack train of horses, and actually she and her husband were on a tour of sorts across the USA where they were riding their horses into remote places. She was a very friendly and interesting lady who was really into 'gaited' horses, and she invited us to come up and meet them and hear all about how each of them came into her life. Meeting people like this is one of the things I really appreciate about traveling.
