April Fool's Day

This is such a strange time.
There are moments which are so wonderful and wholesome feeling, being together as a family and working alongside each other all day every day, then interacting together at meals and during breaks.
Rhods and I went for a walk this evening just up the road to the Red Lion and then back. No cars passed us and the night was dark. We peered into windows from our safe distance and could see normal life happening in the neighborhood houses.
At the same time, businesses and the economy and the foundation of society is in mayhem, let alone the thousands of people dying everyday. Its hard to know best use of time, best place to put your foot, best direction to steer your mind when you are waiting to drift off to sleep.

Anyway, in other news it was April Fools Day today.
My one little victory here was to tell Rhodri that Prince Philip had passed away, and although Rhodri didn't believe me and clocked it straight away, Tryfan happened to be passing our bedroom at that moment and overheard us. He went straight downstairs and looked up on the BBC news website to get the details. Of course, he hasn't passed away and it was all part of the trickery of the day. Tryfs was pretty sad that I tricked him! Ha. We gotta have some fun.
