For awhile some years back I was into making sourdough bread using the starter that Fran gave me.I really struggled to get the timing right so this ended up being not a very successful chapter in Lewis Family life.
However! Now we have time on our hands and nowhere to go.
I got some starter from Cat and discovered some spelt flour in the back of the cupboard to pull this baby together. I stumbled upon this recipe which worked really amazingly well!
