(moving swiftly on...) A year ago this day

...was the day that I had expected baby #2 to arrive! It's so strange to look at Tryfan who is so big and funny and playful now, and to think that a year ago this day we had no idea what he/she was or would be like or anything. Of course, he didn't actually show up for another 12 days.
Lately he and Rhiannon have been playing hide and seek. Rhiannon hides and Tryfan seeks. And as soon as he finds her (in one of her two hiding places behind either the bathroom door or Tryfan's bedroom door), they both cackle with laughter. They really love each other. Rhiannon is always going to "check on Tryfs" at barnehage, and he always lights up when she walks into the room. How grateful we are for the two of them :-)
