We drove up to north Wales today and checked into our rental house to drop our stuff before going over to Nain and Taid's house for dinner and happy reunion. It is very weird to go up to Rhodri's hometown and then not stay with family. But anyway, we are all excited to be up here and in the vicinity. We are about 15-20 min drive away and staying in the village of Rowen. It's a compact little bungalow with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room and a little patio out front on the road.
The kids loooove having a telly at their disposal. They are such lounge lizards! Already after just the first morning, they are singing along with the commercials and watching complete trash on telly! But since it is our summer vacation, we are not arguing about this. Yet. !
